Sorry to disappoint you, but anytime you visit a website that has a popup that you need to click "accept" for cookies which is like 90% of them, they have your info and they can sell it to advertisers. China really isnt communist these days, never really got there. and to be honest you should be more worried about the patriot act, your phone and your social media than this prvacy policy. not saying your wrong but you have fallen for some pretty off base propaganda and its got you grossly miss evaluating threats.
