Stuck on 'Download file is being verified'

Anyone else trying to open the demo and stuck on Download file is being verified screen? It's stuck at 0% and not moving for the past 30mins.

Thanks, mine as well was blocking easebar.com domains.

It is at least blocked in India. Probably in SEA region(can't say for sure). Use a VPN to access. You can access SEA servers though once in game.

Haven't tried playing it yet since I ran out of free time but was able to open the game, change settings, select server, etc.

This was the hint I needed. Disabled my AdGuard Home instance, and that fixed it for me.

I'll have to re-enable it and whitelist whatever IP's it's blocking that are specific to this game.

Same. Via ADGuard, I whitelisted:
appdump.nie.easebar.com
who.nie.easebar.com

and the game finally downloaded.

This did the trick thanks, whitelisted these two domains on pi-hole

Well if their domains are on a blocklist they might be there for a reason, so ...

I had to update my host files to point to the right place.
appdump.nie.easebar.com = A, 0.0.0.0
I looked up what other DNS thought they were. Now my game loading.

If you're stuck on the "Download file is being verified" screen double check to make sure you don't have a VPN on. That can stop the game from loading. Not sure if it's cause it's a server game or what but that's what did the trick for mi.
