Diy you mean flagged pvp on "pve" servers? Because if you have to flag pvp on a pvp server, that doesnt make sense.
Can you maybe write in your own language and Ill just google translate? I feel like that would get us further.
as far as i've seen. on PvP server it's not a free for all pvp thing were you can destroy everyone base.
Warband can contest some workshop area to take control of it, can war with each other and have access to special pvp token to convert to starchrom (all of this is not in PvE serv)
other than that in both pve and pvp server you need to turn on PVP flag to attack radom player in the wild. and both server have some pvp event on the map.
in exchange pve get access to warband boss (which i think are not available on pvp server ?)
those info are from previous beta so it might change for full release though.
This is not true as far as the last game test goes. Ive played it myself and I can confirm that on PvE there certainly is Warband workshop control and special PvP event where you get the chaos cortex.
So the question remains what seperates PvP from PvE.
Then I honestly dont understand the need for seperate PvP servers. It appears to be functioning exactly the same.
Unless you're asking strictly about PvP, it used to be that your base could be attacked by Deviants while you were offline. Typically you would want to check the territory terminal to see if any repairs were needed when you got online. The defenses from other player bases, like turrets, could also damage your base if it was caught in the crossfire.
Like many features, those offline (and online) attacks were eventually removed (although the crossfire issue felt more like a bug).
What do you mean by that? As far as Im aware you also have the chaos cortex items on PvE, it drops from a PvP event and when you purify it, you get flagged for pvp.
By mindset I meant that if you join a PvP server you expect to actually PvP, with the limited events they are likely to packed with PvP players. However on a PvE server a lot fewer people are likely to turn up to PvP events, I would imagine some have 0 people turn up.
" In PvE servers, your buildings are only vulnerable to attack from Chaos players during the Territory Purification process, and your Turrets or other attack units will only attack Chaos players during this time."
