Do not expect it to be in the next testing (March/April) or for Early Access. I personally do not expect it to be there at release either.
It wasn't till this present testing that huge demand asked for this.

TBH though.... this dev guy... makes me think hes just saying whatever he thinks you want to hear. But maybe thats just me being pessimistic.
Good heard there can have your own server. I hope u can make your dedicated server
you are talking about Private servers not dedicated servers, because all servers ( official, private, modded, rented, etc ) are dedicated servers.
this is from Google.
The term "dedicated servers" doesn't mean only private servers that owned or rented by players but also all kind of real servers including official public servers.
and this game already have dedicated servers because their servers are real physical servers.
OP asking for private server option, which i support.
So, the terminology typically accepted in the gaming world, at least as I've seen it, is as follows:
"Official Servers" - Servers owned/operated by whoever owns the game (devs/pubs/etc)
"P2P Servers" - Servers created via an in-game menu which are hosted by 1 peer and connected to by other peers (these can typically either be public or private, chosen by the hosting peer)
"Dedicated Severs" - Self-hosted servers, either on a server box you personally own, or one you rent from a hosting company (these can also be public or private, usually, and that is also chosen by the server owner)
The OP is asking about this definition of "Dedicated Servers", which is also what I am waiting for, as I own a non-profit gaming community and would love to add a dedicated Once Human server to our list of provided servers.
