How to relocate Hive

I want to move my Hive to a different region as we've already progressed through our current region. How would I go about relocating an entire Hive?

So whoever turned their house into a Hive house is the only one that has the ability to move the Hive, and to move it you need to go into Build mode and press the button on the upper right where it says Move Territory. You can only do it every once in a while and I'm not sure what the cooldown is so make sure it's a good spot

I put the hive terminal down in my territory cos I want the larger radius to build but now I can't get rid of the territory terminal
