I can see APUs running this fairly smoothly @ 1080 high.
I run a gigabyte RX 5600 XT (6GB), 1080P high settings, capped FPS at 60. I only use the most 60% of the memory in insane situations within OH. The rest is a Ryzen 3600, 16GB mem, single SSD.
This makes the low specs they post very plausible.
I still run a GTX1080 with i7-5820k at 4.4Ghz and 32GB RAM.
On high settings at 1080p the game kept stuttering for me and dropping Frames hard while memory and CPU were at over 90% usage at all times.
I'm due to buy a new PC but I have my reservations on the recommended settings. Unlike minimum settings recommended should reflect running the game without problems throughout, and given they listed a GTX 970 which is way below my GTX1080 it would imply I should be able to run the game on max settings but I can't run it on lower settings.
I try again after a few more updates but I wouldn't be surprised if recommended settings get updated to 3060 over time.
