Curiosity Catcher - Reveals Nearby Tin and copper deposits.
Tin is literally all over the broken delta.
Iron is in Iron river (curiosity catcher 2 for when you get there)
Aluminum is in Chalk peaks that just opened.

Build those in your tool bench. ANd the Thrid Eye when you unlock it to reveal enemy locations.

If anyone needs tin ore there is a lot between daytone hospital and riverheart harbor / Refinery Pollution point

Iron ore can be found north of the Dayton Wetlands river. Level 28 area and they may only start showing once you defeat the swamp boss. You need a bronze pickaxe and a motorbike to quickly get out of area once you grab them. You can get lots of steel using the mining deviant pets. Just make sure to place radio and things they like in your base.
