ARK (evolved) is labeled as an MMO and I have been running that dedicated server for years, and Ark (Acended) is also labeled MMO and I been running that for the last few months.
No clue about this game it being mobile.

I and all my friends are only interested if it releases dedicated server. if its closed mmo with only officials or some specifics rent server companies we will not play.
SO i wish it releases a dedicated server to us download and install on our own pc.

Ark:SE and Minecraft would disagree. As Tander states, Life is Feudal also has dedicated servers and is also an MORPG. I have personally hosted all three of these for our gaming group.

Also note that several server hosting companies are already advertising the future ability. I recall reading somewhere from the devs that they intend to offer a dedi build, but I have not gone looking for it. Likely will be more news and information closer to launch.

Yes there are servers, and each server has different worlds you can teleport between. There are pvp servers and pve servers.

I hope so.. because my friends and I are having fun but there are bases everywhere.. some are cool.. and some are just like beginner bases that have been abandoned and add nothing but ugly junk to the game.

No clue about this game it being mobile.

ark is not a MMO per se its a survival game with multiplayer aspects(aka it has single player modes)
This game is a MMO with survival elements you cant have dedicated servers cause it depends on its seasonal pass to survive, instead they added a Mode called eternaland where all your stuff from a season gets sent to it and you can sell it to buy decorations for eternaland or transfer with limitations to a new season(it costs points which will be limited to xfer items from eternaland to new seasons and its only at the start of each season) deicated servers would mean that you have a "free" game without any profit to the developer. as for hosted servers from companies perhaps they meant eternaland type islands which in the end it became what eternaland is now (a limited creative mode minecraft island)

this is not really a MMO this is a Sandbox game, they just simply slap the MMO patch to everything these days, or perhaps you should see Once human as a WoW type MMO wich is what we know as actual mmo's normaly I call things like ark or feudal Online Coop/Pvp rather than a masive multiplayer since well they lack the massive part considering the pop size of most dedicated servers

The maps are huge plus each server has like 10+ worlds find a place where no one builds and move there cause this wont have dedicated servers. The game isnt designed like a typical mmo. It works well for what they ahve created.

Well the server we are on we've been playing like 8 hours a day and all we ever see are junked up abandoned houses and never any players.. this does not feel like an MMO at all.
You do not need other players to do anything.. even when there is an event.. nobody is there it's just my friends and I.. this feels like the most empty MMO ever if that is what they are going for.
