Are there more reviews than just that video? I'm not defending this game as I don't know enough about it to figure whether it's good or not but that review sounds like it's from someone who clearly doesn't know what a tactical RPG is supposed to be.

My save file shows 29:59:30 after Storehouse skirmish and Chapter 24, 1720 gold and battle prep ready for next chapter. Everyone at level 32, dunno exact number of skirmishes but I "try not to overdo it". T2 bow still at +3, rest at +5; two crit weapons unupgraded, rest at +3. Two T1 ores and three T2 ores in storage.

This includes reading all the archives, watching the cutscenes. and possibly time lost to hitting "retry" a few times instead of quit and reload. 10-15 minutes of actual AFK. A little bit of time wasted being an idiot keeping a guide tab open and checking it instead of just playing the game.

Sure you can it faster especially with speedhack, but how fast is the average player? Maybe I think too much? Occasionally I split the team so the whole team won't have run to back and forth. The Naki escort mission with three Fellbirths was a little wack but I cleared the bottom right side with Sarah and Karren in an attempt to save many turns. Accidentally let Naki die once near the end, don't remember if I hit retry or quit/reload.

EDIT: Finally some more realistic numbers.
My final save file after ending credits is 35:54:15 (team level 36) but I did mess up several times so it's closer to 40 hours.

My play time was around 28-30 hours, but I got 99% of the collectibles (missed one of Sarah's weapons) and had to re-do 2-3 maps to get an A-rank. The reason I don't know the exact value is because I used Cheat Engine's speed hack to play the game at 2.5x.
