Newbie looking for some pointers
Hi, I have never played an Atelier game before but recently found out about the franchise and was delighted to learn this remake was coming so that I could visit the origins of the franchise in a way since the original game was never released outside of Japan.

I'm a little bit lost as to what to do and a bit worried about making money in-game so I'm looking for advice. I chose unlimited mode since I was concerned about the time limit. I'm on the 2nd quest thing from Ingrid where you have to visit 5 different areas and I've only done 3 as I'm concerned about the level recommendations for the others...so should I keep grinding levels in the first 3 areas or what? Also, are the only ways to make money aside from Ingrid's stuff killing some enemies and selling stuff to the academy and weapon shop? The academy doesn't seem to have ever been buying anything I can actually make since I started playing.. With this apparent lack of income I'm concerned I might run out of money at some point. I have 2,662 coins right now which seems like it will be enough for a while at least, but my concern remains.

I'm also wondering about the story too like, should I just do "Objectives" or something, because it seems like I haven't gotten a normal "Quest" in a while.. Let me know if you need any more info to give context to my situation.

don't worry too much about levels (unless you're trying to go for bandits camp with a 10 level party - group fight with 20 lv opponents is too much at this point 'xD)
also visit the tavern - you can take up quest for making or gathering items and earn money this way, also - remember to talk to any npc with exclamation mark over their head to get rumours and potentially unlock next gathering locations

Since you're playing on Unlimited, I'd suggest just doing whatever feels good, exploring the things you haven't tried yet, and just having some fun with it.

If you were playing Normal, I'd probably actually suggest just doing the same, and accepting that you'll fail a couple times before you get the hang of it.

There isn't much we can tell you that you couldn't figure out for yourself, but you have to stop being worried about using up limited resources like money and items. Just go for it!
