Is this a collection of the Travel To series?

Hello, devs Am I right in assuming that HOV is a collection? I recognised scenes in 'The United Kingdom' from Travel To England. I'm not complaining - far from it, because I've been intending to get other games in the Travel To series. What better way than in a collection?!!...

Restart from scratch?

Finished the game and enjoyed it. I would like to do another play through from the beginning but I cannot see a way to start a fresh game. What am I missing?
