Hello, I have an issue with our lovely game. After I launch it, the screen went black immediately. I can hear intro music for few second and thats it. Reinstall didn't work. I also change fullscreen

I found a way to make the game work with this issue. You have to install Ubisoft connect and run the game through that app. Hope this helps.

i was fiddling with the screen resolution and a certain one makes my screen black every time i launch the game i can hear it but not see it how can i reset the setting so i can continue playing again

Hello i am playing the game and i am loving it but og get a black screen now and cant go further in the game.

The place that i am at is when i beat up the boyfriend and have to go met the girls
again. When i am at the spot to go talk to the girls again and i chosse go i see the loading screen and then get a black screen, but i still can see the mouse.

Any ideas what is wrong ?

So the problem is, when i open the game all is well, ubisoft logo and all show with sound. But after all that it's just black, but has menu music and sounds(can use arrows to navigate the menu), and

I know this is a recurring error for this game, from what i've searched for, but i can't find a solution, and i already tried a lot of things

making the fullscreen = 0 on the config and engi .ini, running as administrator, deleting the config.ini file, unistalling and installing the game again, and nothing fixed it

I was able to play the game normally for around 10 hours with no issue, but suddenly my game crashed and i started getting that error, can someone give me more ways of trying to fix this error?

I love this game and I used to play a lot when I had it on xbox 360, and it's sad that I can't even complete the full game 100% on PC because of that error.

Whenever I use an action such as fart, shooting my bow, or using my alien probe my game blackscreens and i cant see whats going on. It wasnt an issue until I got to the alien spaceship. I am now stuck on the spaceship becasue I cant see a damn thing, and most of the time the game locks up while in this weird state. I have tried the following, uninstall-reinstall, update drivers, verify files, and contact Ubisoft which didnt help at all. I love this game and it really sucks that its unplayable due to this bug.

HI guys have a problem sins the beginning. Each time i use a range weapon (like a bow) or my ass out a fight my screen turns dark, the main problem is when I want to teleport my self with the alien
