my game is permanently zoomed in no matter what i do

my game has issues where it continually freezes/ minimizes the window when i click off. so i switch from full screen to window mode very often. recently when i switched to windowed mode the game zoomed in twice the normal size and flooded to my other monitors. so a majority of the game is not on my screen. i am unable to change any settings because my mouse wont go off screen and im just soft locked. please help me :(

edit: im unable to go to Documents\My Games\South Park The Stick of Truth\user.cfg to fix it because stick of truth isnt in that folder
edit 2: stick of truth does not appear in my ubisoft connect owned games section

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, how are you getting on with this?

If you try verifying the game's files[ubi.li] or reinstalling the game does this persist?

As for the game not appearing in Ubisoft Connect - this is intended.

i did end up getting this fixed, stick of truth does show up on my geforce. so i messed around with the stick of truth settings and was able to force the resolution to 1920x1080p so it fit with my computer screen. thanks for your help!!
