Pls help. Nothing fixes my issue. The game launches and right before the start menu appears, the game just crashes. I am trying to run the game on Windows 11 and it actually worked a week ago...
But when we simply turned on offline mode, it still didn't wanna load past a certain intro video. It feels extremely inconsistent
Hey Feutor,
I'm sorry to see you're still having issues running the game.
As you noted using Windows 11, please could you try the game in Compatibility Mode[ubi.li] if you haven't done already too?
I'd suggest the further steps in this guide too[ubi.li].
And may we please also know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?
Thank you!

Hey there,
Thanks for letting us know! Glad to hear you found the source of the issue.
We always recommend installing the game and the Ubisoft Connect launcher on a hard drive (preferably C) for the best results. So I can imagine the OneDrive automatically selecting the folder path might have impacted this and caused issues.
If anyone else is having issues that are similar, please feel free to try out the step suggested and double-check that OneDrive isn't impacting your game or launcher contents.
