Randy Abortion glitch

hey, I can't get past the Randy abortion scene. there seems to be a glitch with the left click/left thumb stick prompts. during the syringe injection the left click works inconsistently and sometimes not at all, resulting in death
if i do get past the syringe, the sucking part always kills me. you're supposed to hold down a button and release to stop sucking but it never releases and i always end up sucking in randy's left testicle.
this is obviously a bug for other people too, ubisoft. please fix it

I fixed the issue (I was dumb), the prompts work correctly when the button is held down, but if you don't hold it the prompts never show up
