So we can investigate this further could I first ask which section of the game you are currently up to when you experience this error. Is it after a specific cut scene or when you travel to a certain area.?

If there are any missing files or corrupted files in your game's installation, or after downloading any updates, this can sometimes cause this issue. Verifying your game files can often solve this, or will at least help rule out a corrupted or missing file as a possible cause.

Dear Milky, thanks for the reply,
Yes i verified my files, but it made no change on the corrupted save.
Although it did not happen again, im at the end of my 2nd playthrough and will finish the game today, collecting the remaining few achievements.
Overall i had a great time and will rate the game positively, moving to the Fractured But Whole episode in the next few months
