Bugged Side Quests

A couple of the side quests seem to be bugged. I cannot fight Stan's sister - going into her room starts a dialogue, but then I am back outside the door. I did try to go in there at the beginning of the game, before recieving the quest from Stan. I also cannot get Cornwallis to leave, despite having had the video showing him doing so after fighting the hobos. There are no rats or anything else nearby, but he just repeatedly says "HELP!" when you talk to him.

Anyone else having trouble? I there a way to bug report these issues?

U need Stan on ur side, to fight against his sister ...

I have got the quest from him, but have I not progressed far enough through story to have him as a buddy?

Never mind. Got Stan as buddy now. Had Jimmy as buddy.

Thanks for the post though, that was driving me crazy and I didn't think to switch buddies to Stan.

Got to meet Stan at Kyle's to start the quest first and then have Stan as buddy to fight Shelly. Without starting the quest, she'll still chuck us out even if Stan as buddy.

I've noticed other bugs myself. The save files I have for late game no longer drop money from parking meters. And the first time I went through the final area, the Chinpokomon "Shoe" didn't show up at all. I searched through the whole place before looking up its location in a video, and it's not there at all when I play.

Forget what I said about the parking meters, it's everything! Absolutely none of the breakable objects in the game drop anything anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this?
