wizard stump
Several times Cartman says "you still havent figured it out?" and several other things about it but i cant seem to figure it out. Its located in his back yard to the right of the thrown

you gotta complete the wizard set then wear it. then u can sit on the stump

Is the wizard set class restricted because the only "Wizard" Items I got is the Staff and the Beard. Got all Items/Friends and so on. "Mage" Set doesn´t work and I kind of doubt that one of the other three classes get the "Wizard" Set. Although it would be funny if it is the Jew class.
