Unable to do the magical songs quest

As soon as I get to the farm with my buddy the bard. He will ask the farmer and say "Excuse me I want your flute" then he will be like so I can play level 10 songs of enchant meeeh enchant. The problem is my character then glitches out and it won't let me skip the talking so I am unable to proceed any futher with this quest.

Is anyone else having this problem? and How do I fix this?

Its not a glitch. The fact that you cannot skip it is completely scripted.
Wait a few seconds for it,he will eventually stop stammering

I think it is a glitch, it happened to me last night and it went on for about a minute before I loaded the checkpoint again.

It's not gliching, just wait for it. Better yet, time it to see how close highclassfire actually is.

Fades out!? OK, that is weird.

Walk into the area (Don't Run) and when it triggers, don't press anything. It does last longer if you Hit any button and likes to go on forever. Mine went on for about 2 minutes before he said anything. I like the whole Jimmy thing but I wanted to punch the screen.. Now the fading is odd but walking into the area and keeping off of the keyboard/mouse seems to stop a lot of the glitches present in the game.

I remember right after the latest patch my character fading in and out and flashing during cutscenes. It never glitched my game but it has happened time and time again. Anywho, I hope your issue was resolved. :)

I thought I was the only one with this problem, So I took a break and left the room and when I got back Jimmy was Done, you just have to wait for a long freaking time for him to finsh.
