Gatling Gun in Abortion Clinic

I can't get pass the gatling gun in the abortion clinic. I have used the alien probe to turn off the water, and i shot the grenade to get into the wall where you find a chinpokemon. I have tried shooting the wires above the gun but my shots keep bouncing off the wall below the ceiling. Can someone help me?

use the probe to teleport into the pipe. go to through the pipe all the way to the left and shoot the wire that holding the tv, then cup-a-fart and throw it at the gattling gun.
