Unable to mash A fast enough during probing scene

I failed over 10 times. I don't have NES track and field type of button mashing skills. WTF do I have to do? I don't want to sit here and watch a 10 year old kid keep getting probed over and over because i keep failing. This is repulsive at this point.

I am having same problem, i can mash s on the first bit but its inmpossible to to the second bit, and idk ifg theres a third bit or not.

drink come redbull or coffee. im old and i was able to do it eventually...dont give up like a ♥♥♥♥♥.

I can't remember if I was using keyboard + mouse or 360 controller by then... If you're using the keyboard, try using two index fingers alternately... Once you get a rhythm, it should be possible.
The game is a hell of a lot more enjoyable with a controller

I had to use a macro to spam "s" to finally do this. I highly doubt they playtested this one specific part. There's no way a group of people gave the ok on that.

I used the right hand to spam S, took about 6-7 tries. Making a turd was lot harder, took around 100 tries.

I use my controller and keyboard simultanously for those QTEs, works very well. And yes, I must say they are far too hard and very annoying. I hate QTEs anyway and those are really horrible!

this is the only time I switched off gamepad for keyboard and did it on my second try. That was on the advice of another person in the forums. I think ti's a bug..it's so easy with the keyboard

It sounds like you're using a controller, so here's the greatest button mashing technique of all time: Rub a pen on the button. You're practically doubling your mashing speed because it's pressing the button with every motion you make, rather than every other motion.

You can also substitute the pen for your finger if you put it under your shirt to reduce the friction.

I had to learn to do this to beat the test of strength in Star Fox 64, that was a real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Just turn down the difficulty for that bit it worked for me and dam that black PROBE!!
