Dragon shout using keyboard- not in combat

I've read that in order to get past the rat's nest in the open world you have to use dragon shout/fart. I can't figure out how to do this on a keyboard.

Unfortunately i can't remember how to select dragon shout, cup-o-fart is my only option :(

Im pretty sure you need to press G and then press F to switch between them
