Underpant gnome bug?

When you get out of the wall in your parents room after the gnomes have shrunk you, the scene where the two parents are having sex is just a blurry picture of the bed, and I can't see my character at all; although I do still have movement of my character, and when i hit escape, i can see the game the way i should be seen. Anyone else have this problem?

i am facing the same issue.

I was able to get past it by pausing the game, alt-tabbing out, and then re-entering the game. After that, all of the foreground textures loaded.

You need to deactivate the full screen, it's working for me =)
