how do i get rid of the rats to get to canada?

Dragonshout the rats. You get the ability early into the main story.

As far as getting to Canada you will not be able to get there until very far into the story.

im trying to get to kennys for the first time i dont have the dragonshout how do i get it or get passed the rats?

You dont need to blow any rats out the way to get to kennys, just keep going right past Cartmans house

also stay out of the forest (guarded by rats) until a higher level. can be tough
