Stuck on Goths nonconformist Qeust!

I'm at the part i need to let them know i'm a nonconformist. with a picture in the city hall Randy made the picture for me and it sayed i need to go back to the Goths to prove i'm a nonconformist but when i go to them they say i need to make the picture what i already did someone plz help ITS KILLING ME!

Sounds like an annoying bug.

Make sure you're wearing the Goth outfit (the 3 clothes and maybe the hair)

Did you help Stans father yet? because he is the one that takes the picture and when you turn it in you need to be in your goth cloth again.

I had the same thing - you have two wear goth cap, clothes and gloves - only then the goth guy will talk to you. In my case - I wasn't wearing the gloves. Hope that helps.

i did that i did everything and randy made the photo already i did the PTA problems quest the photo is the last of the main quest for me

This. You have to complete the quest at the UFO crash site first. Just keep doing the main quest.

I had the same problem. I was wearing all 3 goth pieces but the goth kids wouldn't talk to me!

Apparently it was because I was also wearing eyewear. I guess wearing coffin glasses with the flavour text "Gothic Eyewear for Poe readings" isn't goth enough.
