I'm stuck at that part in the school where I've sided with Cartman and in the basement. I looked that I need rubbing alcohol to trigger the mutant bacteria, but I cant find it.

yeah you should have the rubbing alcohol because its automatically given when you get the quest.The location is in the last part of the basement, before you go up again there's another path to the boiler room.

When in the boiler room, walk towards the screen.

when i walk up to the mutant, it say Object Required: Rubbing Alcohol and the hand has a red line over it

You need the hunting guide form jimbo to get the item to use it. If you dont have that you will have to come back latter. just make sure it isnt after the game is over.
