What do nosejobs do?
Anyone know what nosejobs do in this game? I might not spend my money on it if it's pointless. It's in Tom's Rhinoplasty if there was anyone that's wondering what I'm talking about.

nothing mutch its an old south parck joke there is one that chages all your face too look like David Hasselhoff tho

Ok. Gotcha. I was actually thinking that's what might happen. That's from an episode I haven't seen for years. From season 2 or 3. I might have to go back and watch it. Haha. Thanks for response.

The Hasselhoff one is part of an achievement, and the others I think just makes random people comment your nosejob.
