Does anyone know if we can transfer the save file from one pc to another ?

Steam features such as steam cloud are not supported per ubisoft corporate policy, none of their games use steam cloud, they all use uplay DRM. Using their store uplay is the only way to utilize cloud saving, until this has uplay patched in, ubisoft refuses to utilize cloud support for any of their titles.

I was thinking it would use Uplay or something if not Steam Cloud, but nope. I'll have to transfer my save and make sure to stick to one computer. Hopefully the save is transferrable. This is a rare occasion where I'm actually unhappy to see that Uplay doesn't boot up with the game and save my save for me.

In your "Documents" folder, there is a sub-folder called "My Games." Inside there is a "South Park Stick of Truth" folder. Copy that folder into the same location on your other computer and you can load your saved games.

Solved by using SkyDrive (oops, sorry, I mean "OneDrive") on both my desktop and laptop using Windows 8.1 OneDrive's folder.

First, shut down the game on any computer. Then :

1. Move your game folder (\Documents\My Games\South Park - The Stick of Truth) from computer "A" to a subfolder of OneDrive
2. Make sure that the folder synchronization mode is "online and offline", and not "online only"
3. Delete the savegame folder on computers "B", "C", and so on (make backups of them) (the game folder on computer "A" has been moved, so it doesn't exists anymore :P)
4. Make folder symbolic links from original savegame folder to your new OneDrive's folder, on all your computers, with that command line (adjust using your folder paths) :
mklink /d "C:\Users\MyUsername\Documents\My Games\South Park - The Stick of Truth" "C:\Users\MyUsername\SkyDrive\Games\Savegames\South Park - The Stick of Truth"

Now you may have savegame sync on your computers :)
I think you can use the same method with Dropbox, but I didn't tried.
