[Question] Witch Costume location?

I've found everything except the chest peice for the witch costume. I think I found the gloves and hat in the neighborhood area, but even after looking all over the place I still can't find the chest peice for the set. Does anyone happen to know where it is?

85. Witch Hat — You need the gnome dust for this. It is located underneath the bench outside of Tweek Bros. Coffee.

86. Witch Robes — To the left of the school right before you enter the forest there is a log. Use the gnome dust to shrink down and the item is located within the yellow pouch inside the log.

87. Witch Gloves — To the left of the Giggling Donkey (38291) there is a small hole in the fence. They are located within the yellow chest.
