Need DLC Help? How to Get Your DLC Stuff (Instructions)

You will not have your DLC content when you start the game.
Consider everything until you leave the KKK to be the tutorial. You won't get your unlocks until the game begins proper. (after you receive your "name" and class).

So you need to leave your house, and do the introduction with the KKK. Once you're done with that segment and you leave, you'll get a pop up message telling you about the packs you've unlocked.

Go back to your house, go to your room and check the toy chest. Then select the 'STORAGE' option. Your costume pieces should be listed.

They could've made that more obvious. I've been playing it for hours wondering when and how I can access them.
