How to destroy rocks with green glowing cracks

How do you destroy these? Obvious the walls with orange glowing cracks you just smash with your weapon. There is two of these weird green ones I can't figure out. One in Canada and one in the sewers..

Ok.. I'm at lose where I learn the Nagasaki fart.. The only Quests I have left is Heading North (Canda) and Hide N Seek. I've tried speaking to Randy.. No dice.. I've walked in and out of every building in South Park.. No new quests.. So what did I miss?

It's in Canada. Do the quest mission and you'll get it.

man... the game tells you via cut scenes where to go. go to the western most town in canada talk to mayor, go to the south of town, take a boat ride, talk to monks... dont fart on another guys bawrs
