For anyone who has finished it ( Is City Sushi Guy in it? )
I noticed City Wok Guy is in it, but City Sushi appears to be locked and broken down.
Just wondering if the Japanese Guy makes an apperance in the game.

He will not appear due to "Japanese stereotype." If you don't understand, you should watch that episode.
