But I do agree, with the magnificence of the world of South Park, a free world would be excellent. Like - actually living world. NPCs not limited to extremely linear campaign, but doing their things, days passing on.
Maybe the first "playthough" would be limited to campaign, but past that it should be more open. Like random events. Maybe then it would introduce replayability and justify the price.
