Just to double check, you DID try running both the game AND steam itself in Admin mode? (Or did I suggest that in another thread...?)
WHAT DID I JUST GET DONE ASKING PEOPLE NOT TO DO. IF YOU DON;T KNOW BETTER, SHUT UP MAN.
Some of us have had the same issue with various Steam games (not just South Park), and this is what we did to fix the issue. Everyone has different PC's though so sometimes that necessitates asking questions or clarifying something to find out why a solution that works for half the folks here isn't working for the other folks. I am a professional at this tech support stuff and there has to be a lot of give & take and some teamwork when it comes to finding solutions. It's not always a matter of finding the "one size fits all" solution. Hence, questions, a few wild ideas, and a bit of detective work.
