Didn't get the pre-order bonuses.

I purchased the game before it released, suddenly it says "Now available" and I don't believe it will be giving me the pre-order bonuses. If a developer could pm me or something that would be great.

i think somebody said after doing the ingame tutorial at cartmans house you return to your house and look in your closet or chest or something for the additional costumes gained from the preorder 8-) hope this helps

In your library list of games on steam right click and go to view downloadable content. It should show up there if you have it.

After saving and reloading the game I was able to access the bonus content

so are these like the mage, fighter, thief and jew things from the beginning? do those affect the game at all? are the things in the closet the same kind of thing or something different?

I just had to reload my game (the first fight against elves), and on doing so it told me the bonuses are in my closet.
