Cartman as Dog the Bouthy Hunter is terrible, but that's probably more cause the actul show is so annoying it shouldn't even be repeated to make fun of it.

What is it you guys aren't liking about current-day South Park?
It's just getting a little formulaic. They take a current thing and another current thing and then mash it into an episode (examples: Miley Cyrus + Obamacare = Taming Strange, World War Z + Zimmerman case = WWZimmerman, etc. ). Whereas old South Park used to tackle issues that are still relevant today (abortion, religion, etc.).
That said, not ALL new episodes are crap. I found "Raising the Bar" and "Ginger Cow" both hilarious and insightful.
