Does not make sense at all if you hear what IGN had to say. 2 hours playtime and they only reached level 3 while max level is 50. How will people get to level 50 in 10 hours?

to beat the main quest I very much doubt you will need to get to 50.

Also where was it said the level cap is 50?

You can see it in the 13 minute video that the level cap is 50.
When you first open the menu and don't have a class yet it says level 0 and 0/50
In most RPGs higher levels need more exp and if it takes around 2 hours to reach level 3 it wouldn't make sense that the game is only 12 hours long or else you would finish the game around level 15-20.

Maybe lvl 20 is enough for "main" quest and some side quest are more difficult.

When he played it he thought he was playing an episode of the show, yet he could not say if this was good or bad ...
Its really hard to have an opinion these days ... sheesh
And he "heard" its 12 hours long ...

Quality review ... NOT

Pretty much. This guy heard as much as anyone else. People say it's 6 hours or 12 or 20 or 30 hours. Nobody knows yet.

Legnth < Quality

I have to wonder how high of cost this game was to make, when they could have used their production time to make a great number of (very profitable) South Park episodes instead of in this game.

For one when a new season of south park hits your television none of the episodes are pre-made weeks in advance.. That weeks episode is made that week and next weeks episode is made that week. You never wondered how some crazy news happens on monday and south park makes fun of it on wednesday? Your comment is moot.

From wha I've researched, a single episode of south park costs $300,000+ in production costs, and they make over a million in profits for each episode.

My point still stands...

Oh I will be taking my time exploring and doing as many side quests as I can find.
you kidding right? You think there will be an exploring feature in this game? Everything is scripted as i see from the videos.

Watch those videos again. There's a lot of exploring actually, mostly to find jokes and references, or collectibles and costume pieces.

edit: oh, and of course side quests, have to find those.

Well according to pretty much all of the reviewers, yes, there will be exploration ...
And ofc a video will look scripted ...

People don't buy those types of games for the campaign...they buy it because they want to feel amazing and heroic as they spawn kill 12 year olds on multiplayer

The reason why I think that 0/50 thing at the start is not the level cap when he reaches level 1 it is still 0/50. leading me to believe it is as well the experience bar. Or maybe it is the chinpokomon collectibles?

there is no word on the level cap lets not make assumptions on things we don't know :)
