Kelly Gardener Silence

I have 119 friends and am trying to get to 120, but I cannot friend Kelly Gardener. Whenever I try to talk to her all she says is "...". Anyone know what's happening or how to fix this?

If she's silent and only displays "...", it means she is already in your friends list (unless its a glitch). Double check to make sure you have
Seargent Yates, Big Gay Al, Bishop of Banff, Ike, and The Chinpokomon Corp . they are easily missed.

Shelly and Polly Prissy Pants are skipped over sometimes too, but you can reach them at any point in the game. Oh and that one elf that is hiding behind the bush, make sure you have him.
