Cutscenes audio and video out of Sync

Hello,

Since I bought the game I had this issue. The audio on the cutscenes go on well, but the video in them seem to be kind of laggy, so at some point it gets out of sync. Then I hear all the cutscene sound (music, background sounds, effects), and then see the charactes lips and the voices to play and move out of sync and with no background sound. I finished the game with this problem because I was so excited to play it, but now I wanna do it again and it is really bothering me. Me and a friend searched over the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ internet, we found some people with the same problem but no one with and solution. I also tried all the tips to fix other sound problems but none of them seemed to work. Could ANYONE give me and answer for this? It is really frustrating. Thank you.

i've had the same problem as you, and when i first got the game everything played out smoothly. so naturally i'm confused myself, but i think i know what the problem might be: general lag.

yeah, it's most likely just lag. try doing a disk clean-up to free up space, playing the game in offline mode, have the game be the only thing you're running, or maybe just lower the quality of the game in the options menu. doing one of or a combination of these things might make it easier for your computer to run the animations faster to keep up with the audio.

I have the same problem. The weird thing is that when your character is walking around or fighting, there's no lag at all.

Yeah, same here. I tried closing all other stuff and it got better, but isn't perfect already. I don't think it is general lag since it only happens in cutscenes. I wonder what could we do to fix this, because we're not the only one with this issue.

Have the same problem, I'm running it on a laptop but I find it hard to believe that running it 1920x1080 can make cut scenes de sync so much, but it really does seem the graphics cant keep up. I didnt think it would be that intensive.
