Stuck on top of the Tower of Peace

So I was finishing some side quests, so I went for the mongolian beef one, and after defeating the horde at the top, I now seem to be unable to get back down... It might be a game-breaking bug.
Any advice?

if you're stuck on the second level of the tower of peace, the staircase is at the bottom of the screen, near the left side of the tower where the 2 or 3 mongolian kids jumped out at you.

No, I'm stuck on the 3rd floor with the dragon door thing.

its not a bug its a simple puzzle look online how to solve if you dont have patience to solve it yourself.

The Puzzle is to get thru the dragon doors, not off the tower. There are stairs to the left, off the balcony, that go down. They are hard to see
