! Spoilers ! I need help with Randy's abortion

So, I'm currently stuck in the "Unplanned Parenthood" quest, specifically at the part where you have to "abort" Randy. I can get through the first two phases (the needle and the anus-expanding) just fine, but once I get to the part with the vaccuum, I just can't progress further. I read online that there should be prompts telling you when to right click to not rip off Randy's balls, but that prompt doesn't appear for me (I have the censored version, btw). So I just can't get past this minigame. Can anybody help me?

lol That part of the game was hard for me when I played the first time too. Just do it what the game says. Hold the button (L or R) untill the game tells you that press the other button If you hold LMB first, click RMB. If you hold RMB first, click LMB. You don't need to choose the place. Middle or not. That's not problem.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention I am playing with a keyboard. I don't know if it's related to that, but the game doesn't tell me when I need to do that.

I also had to make sereral attempts before I got it right, but only because I didn't read the prompted messages properly.

Here's the whole vacuum part guide for those who use KB+M: (no idea what the button prompts are for controllers, because I don't play with them)

Hold left button --> Click right button
Hold right button --> Click left button
Hold left button --> Click right button
---done---

I have uncencored version so it was pretty obvious for me when I had to stop holding each button and press the opposite mouse button. Don't know how its in the cencored version of the game though.

Yeah, they make sense, thanks.
But the problem is (it's probably due to the uncensored version), that there is no prompt to tell me when I should press the opposite button. Randy just screams and I rip off his testicle and lose.

You should get the prompt right at the same time when Randy starts to scream, and you have a small window of time to press the opposite mouse button before ripping off his manhood.

Then again, I have no idea how it works in the cencored version of the game.

I'm getting zero prompts. I've been through this before, I wonder if there's a bug where they don't show right now for some reason. There's so little going on, on the screen. There's no chance I'm missing them. If I just sit there watching and click nothing, because no prompt appears, it eventually latches onto his ball. No matter what I do after that, it works for a little bit then I fail the interaction. This is getting annoying. I've been through the game probably 5 times and I've been stuck on this interaction for more than 5 tries tonight.

I don't recall prompts, I recall having to time it myself when I move my hand left or right to click lest I miss.

step one rotate directional controls in the direction (clockwise/counter clockwise can't remember) step two start by holding right or left as prompted and then the moment you grab one of his balls switch to the opposite side.
