Online Mod?

I had this game when it first came out, I am thinking about buying it again for PC. The reason I returned it is because I expected multiplayer. So my question is; Would it be possible to make an online mod similar to the one used for GTA: San Andreas.

i wish it would happen but i odnt think its possible atm
maybe in the fractured but whole official or not

if no multiplayer is the dealbreaker i would wait and play the fractured but whole
i would assume there is nothing important in the plot in the fractured but whole that you need to play tsot to understand

I played the whole game in the stick of truth like beat it and then returned it, loved the game, would be even better if it had online.

i would have alot more hours racked in tsot if so
