What mods to download for the definitive way to play?

I've just recently played sonic adventure 1 for my first time with the Better SADX mods that came installed with the mod loader. Before I start SA2, I was wondering what mods are needed / recommended for the best possible experience with the game.

My personal recommendations are Retranslated, every single Dreamcast Conversion mod you can manage without crashes or other issues, Chao World extended (if you like doing the chao garden), SA1 radar for Knuckles/Rouge (not required if you know how treasure hunting works, but useful if they gives you trouble) and the code checkbox in the mod loader that lets you unlock Green Hill right away.

I cant open it, I made a backup from another computer because I bought a new one, now I cant play it. What can I do, i really love this game

Is there any risk to use all those mods? I still don't have all the achievement, will that prevent me from getting them?

I only need 180 Emblems and all A rank emblem.

Should I get the achievements first before getting the mods?

Mods will NOT disable any achievements so you're good to use any you want.
