Having some serious issues with the demo, starting a new game launches the intro cinematic but there is horrible lag, like a frame per five seconds level lag, which can be somewhat circumvented by windowing/maximizing repeatedly every second or so to force the frame to reload. Any ideas?...

Launching the demo briefly shows a loading bar and then just has a black screen. Win 11, 3090 drivers probably one or two versions behind.

When I launch the game, there is a blank window that appears for a second and then disappears. The game process is still running according to Task Manager, but there is nothing visible. I waited a few minutes no change and then stopped the game process via Steam. CPU: Ryzen 3900X GPU: Radeon 5700 XT driver 23.7.1 OS: Windows 11 build 22621.1928...

It's almost impossible to get a sense of how this plays from screenshots and videos alone. I can't believe there is no demo. Isn't a demo in the top five reasons why people buy games?

I can't really get a feel for the game based on the videos/pictures. Would it be possible to make a demo? Also does this game have regional pricing implemented? It seems a little expensive compared to other indie games I've seen. Thank you.
