I don't think you'd need to even draw a different body type, just more boyish hair on the same body model and different clothes and people would be fine with it.

Trying to convince a gay FF14 friend to join me in my journey. Sadly, without any bunny boys, he isn't too convinced to dive into it.
I don't care if it's a mod, or a single class, but it would definitely help my case if there is at least one bunny boy accessible somehow.

Anyone up for modding the game into bunny boys?

If catboys are okay, endymade on Xitter has made a mod turning Spellsword and Defender into catboys. Defender is (probably) G'raha. Haven't played in a long time so I'm not sure if Spellsword is a notable XIV character. I hope workshop support does get worked out because I think it will make it easier to find R&S mods.
