165fps uncapped and super fast

I know, the menus and gameplay is super hyper speed, I guess they forgot to hard cap the fps like 2 and 3 (those 2 run as it should)

i had to force vsync in nvidia settings to keep mgs1 from running 100000 miles an hour. on another note, the input lag is brutal

In my case, it's because my monitor is 165, so maybe with rivatuner/MSI afterburner will do the trick

About the input lag and the game looks like it's running to slow: It's probably the PAL-version hat the moment wich was slower by default. Why the north american and japanese version is DLC wich is not available at the moment, I will not understand.

I have never needed to cap the fps of a game unless I wanted to run it lower than the game's INTENDED framerate. This game is non-functional unless you play in windowed mode.

I might actually refund..

The NA version is only DLC in Europe, while the EU version is DLC in America. It does double the file size if you install it and the JP versions.
