PC or PS3 version?
I have both a PS3 & a gaming PC. Wondering if anyone has advice on which I should get.

Please keep things polite & not start a console vs PC war. I am only looking at the quality of this game on each system.

PS3. And i own the PC verison. I know. Only positive about PC is you can get higher quality graphics. Other than that... its a console port by some no name company named Mercenary Technology, and its full of problems. Ya i made it to Prime mode on the PC verison. But constant "host migration" which is me being DCed is killing the PC port. Notice less and less people playing it now. So yet i say again. PS3 verison.

I don't have the game yet, but I heard the PS3 had some trouble keeping up with the graphic demands of the game. I would get the PC version for sure.

In my opinion, a good gaming PC can out-do a PS3 in graphics and processing easily. The thing is, most people don't have a high quality PC to play on, limiting the number of PC players for Fall of Cybertron and many other games. Sometimes this isn't an issue, but the bottom line is personal preference.

If you have a pretty good PC, go with that. I run my copy on my laptop near flawlessly. Of course, in the end it's up to your preference.

I think it would probably depend on how seriously you take the multiplayer. If you just want to take it casually as something else to make time go by then ps3 is your best bet, primarily due to playing on a pad, everyone else is too so it's probably a lot easier.

I generally favor PC, for one simple reason.

Mouse Aiming.

It's easier to point and click with a mouse then it is to move X axis and Y axis hoping to hit something with a PS3 controller.

Especially when those targets are moving around......

the pc dominates with graphics and runs smoother. for the consoles is the plus that u always find a game in multiplayer in all 4 mods. but i think it's just a matter of time, that there will be more on pc

Host Migration is infuriating.. but it usually only does it a couple times and then not the rest of the night. After you get those few, you can enjoy the game no prob after that. Not sure if the one causing the trouble gave up and thats why, but whatev.

You don't need a high end PC to run a game based on the Unreal Engine 3.
