I have run across a bug where, after building the scaffolding for harvesting fuel, no matter what I do I cannot get anyone to collect fuel. This naturally quickly causes me to be unable to do expeditions. I have unassigned and reassigned the people in the scaffolding, but it doesn't seem to do anything....
