Stuck on mission 3 - horse frozen

So I"m stuck on mission 3... I mount the horse, ride into the camp and then after I get into the camp my horse won't go anywhere and I can't dismount. The person I"m supposed to "follow" keeps riding ahead but I'm stuck on my horse just inside the camp entrance.... anyone else experience this? help please :-/

Are you sure you're using the right controlls? The move buttons on the horse are the same as when you're walking.And it's shift to run.It never happened to me so i'm not sure.

Right. This happens to me right after he tells you to sprint. I hold shift to run the horse down the hill into town. After we go through the gate my horse slows down even though I"m still pressing "w". The people I'm supposed to follow continue forward and I'm stuck in place. I can look around, fire my weapon, and sort of tug the horse left and right slightly but it doesn't move at all. This is also a "checkpoint" location so when I reload it brings it back up in the same place and I"m still stuck. I've tried restarting the mission several times too and no luck... the only difference is I get stuck in slightly different locations but I"m still stuck!! VERY FRUSTRATING.
