There are actually several boxes. They are all over really. To make life easier on you, you can give Leeroy candy and he can make the box stay at one location for the whole game. Just make sure when you want Leeroy to do something, he needs to be turned away from it.

So go nxt to box with candy, with leeroy turned away from box and then feed it ?

yep. to the box, turn leeroy away from it, give candy and he will hit the box, locking it in place for the game.
